Chipman Parish, New Brunswick
Chipman is a civil parish in Queens County, New Brunswick, Canada.
For governance purposes it is divided between the village of Chipman and the local service district of the parish of Chipman.History
Chipman Parish was created in 1835 from Brunswick Parish and Canning Parish, and was named for Ward Chipman Jr., the chief justice of New Brunswick from 1834-1851. It included the eastern part of Waterborough Parish until 1896.Delineation
