Choi In-jeong


Choi In-Jeong is a South Korean female épée fencer. She competed as part of the South Korean team at the 2012 Summer Olympics in the Women's team épée, where she won a silver medal. She was defeated in the third round in the individual event. At the 2016 Summer Olympics, she again competed in both the individual and the team epee events. She reached the quarterfinals in the individual event, where she lost to Rossella Fiamingo. In the team event, South Korea lost to Estonia in the quarterfinals.
In 2011 and 2014, she won the Asian Fencing Championships. She has also won silver and bronze at the Asian Fencing Championships.
Choi began fencing in junior high and made her international debut in 2011, at the World Cup event in Nanjing.
