Chris Clapinski


Christopher Alan Clapinski is an American former infielder who took the field as a shortstop, second baseman, and third baseman during his professional career. He played in the Major League Baseball for the Florida Marlins for two seasons. He played for 36 games during the 1999 Florida Marlins season and 34 games during the 2000 Florida Marlins season. He later played for the Buffalo Bisons in AAA, playing every position except for pitcher and catcher.
Clapinski attended the University of California, Berkeley. In 1990 and 1991, he played collegiate summer baseball with the Wareham Gatemen of the Cape Cod Baseball League.
