Life

Family background

Concubine Rong was a Han Chinese booi aha of the Liang clan by birth. Her personal name wasn't recorded in history.
Father: Guangbao, a supervisor in the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Qianlong era

Lady Liang's birth date is unknown. She entered the residence of Prince Jia of the First Rank as a servant shortly before Qianlong Emperor's abdication in 1795.

Jiaqing era

In February 1796, Lady Liang was granted a title "First Class Female Attendant Rong". In 1806, she was promoted to "Noble Lady Rong". Her residence in the Forbidden City was Zhongcui palace. Lady Liang remained childless until the end of Jiaqing era.

Daoguang era

After the enthronement of Daoguang Emperor, Noble Lady Rong was conferred a title "Dowager Concubine Rong". She lived in the Central Longevity Palace in the Forbidden City with Dowager Noble Consort Ru. Concubine Rong died on 15 June 1826.
