Coronado High School (Colorado)
Coronado High School is a public high school in Colorado Springs, Colorado, United States. It is part of the Colorado Springs School District 11.
Coronado High School is located high on Mesa Road and Fillmore Street, on a mesa overlooking Colorado Springs, with a view of Pikes Peak and the Garden of the Gods.
The school's colors are scarlet red and new gold, and the mascot is the Cougar.
Coronado students produce a weekly television show for the student body, which is downloadable from the school's podcast. Coronado students also produce a monthly newspaper for the Coronado community, the Cougar Chronicle.
The school currently competes at the 5-A athletics level.
