In 2002, the company announced plans to build a waste oils-to-diesel plant on a 17-acre site in Chambers County, Texas on Texas State Highway 146 north of Interstate 10 in Texas, at the former Placid Oil refinery.
In 2010, the company was recognized by Alberta Venture Magazine as one of Alberta’s top 25 fastest growing companies over $20 million.
