DTV America
DTV America Corporation is an owner of low-power television stations in the United States.
Majority owned by telecommunications conglomerate HC2 Holdings, DTV America stations have no local operations, and the company relies almost entirely upon the 24-hour feeds of digital subchannel networks for content. DTV America stations typically carry many digital subchannels not carried by any full-power broadcaster in each respective market. Its stations are mostly in small media markets and rural areas on the fringes of another market but too far away to be served by the major network affiliates.

History
In the early 2010s, DTV America secured programming agreements with several networks. Several of DTV America's stations carry Doctor TV, a network for which DTV America provides its largest affiliate base. MyNetworkTV is also being offered by several DTV America-owned stations as secondary affiliations with programming with another network surrounding MyNetworkTV's primetime programming; it is the only non-full-time network DTV America offers. Other networks on each station vary by station and market, depending on which ones have not been claimed by another station. A number of the stations carry Spanish language networks; these stations typically have more local presence and marketing.Advertising revenue is provided through a partnership with direct response marketing firm Revenue Frontier, which carries its barter/revenue sharing infomercials on DTV America stations.
In December 2014, DTV America gained rights to launch MundoFox affiliates in select markets.
In 2015, DTV America and Raycom Sports reached an agreement for three of DTV America-owned or operated Antenna TV/MyNetworkTV dual affiliates to broadcast Atlantic Coast Conference football and men's basketball games under the ACC Network label. They were WCZU-LD Bowling Green, Kentucky, WYJJ-LD in Jackson, Tennessee, and KPJO-LP in Joplin, Missouri.
In July 2017, DTV America announced that over 50% of the company would be acquired by HC2 Holdings. HC2 is a diversified holding company.
