DYAF-TV


DYAF-TV, channel 10, is a commercial television station of Philippine television network ABS-CBN Corporation. It is owned by AMCARA Broadcasting Network in Iloilo City. Its studios are located at the ABS-CBN Broadcast Center, Luna Street, La Paz District, Iloilo City, and transmitter is located at Barangay Alaguisoc, Jordan, Guimaras, with a transmitting power of 5,000 watts and with effective radiating power of 50,000 watts. In 1997, ABS-CBN Iloilo successfully requested to change its frequency from Channel 4 to Channel 10 and was upgraded to an originating station serving all of Panay Island and Guimaras in 2003, with the launch of its flagship local news program in the following year TV Patrol Iloilo.
Opened in 1964, it is the first and oldest television station in the whole of Panay.
On April 23, 2016, ABS-CBN Digital started test broadcast on UHF 37.
On December 6, 2019, ABS-CBN Iloilo changed its digital frequency on UHF 25.
On May 5, 2020, ABS-CBN Iloilo went off the air temporary suspended for the second time as a result of the cease and desist order of the National Telecommunications Commission after the franchise expiration.
