Dalnje Njive
Dalnje Njive
is a small
settlement
in
the hills
above the
left bank
of the
Kolpa River
in the
Municipality of Črnomelj
in the
White Carniola
area
of
southeastern
Slovenia
. The area is part of the
traditional region
of
Lower Carniola
and is now included in the
Southeast Slovenia Statistical Region
.
A small
church in
the settlement is
dedicated
to
Saint Mark
and
belongs to
the
Parish
of
Sinji Vrh
. It was built in
1737
and
renovated
in 1857 after most
the village
burned
down in a fire.
