Dana Čahojová


Dana Čahojová is a Slovak politician. Since 2014, she has been the mayor of Karlova Ves, a borough of Bratislava, Slovakia.
She studied medicine at Faculty of Medicine at Comenius University in Bratislava and she shortly worked as medical doctor.
Čahojová ran for mayor for the first time in 2010 as an independent candidate, earning 23.76% of the popular vote. She lost the election to Iveta Hanulikova, the SMER candidate. In 2014, she won the municipal election as an independent candidate with 41.62% of the vote. She was re-elected in 2018 with 69.01% of the vote.
