Danish Media Association


The Danish Media Association is an industry body representing the printed, radio and digital media industry in Denmark. The organization is based in Pressens Hus in central Copenhagen.

History

The organization was founded in 2012/2013 through the merger of all major Danish associations for professional Danish media: Dansk Magasinpresses Udgiverforening, Danske Dagblades Forening, Danske Specialmedier, Digitale Publicister, Foreningen af Danske Interaktive Medier, Radioerne and Ugeaviserne.

Location

The association is headquartered in Pressens Hus on Skindergade in central Copenhagen. The building was built for S. Seidelin in 1903.

Danish Media Association is a membership organization representing about 300 media companies with a total of 1,000 media.
