Darren Yap Darren Robert Yap is an Australian actor and director.Early life Yap was born in Sydney and grew up in the suburb of Cabramatta . He was the third child of a Malaysian-born Sydney medical practitioner and his fourth-generation Australia-born Chinese wife.
