David Madden (diplomat)


David Madden - British diplomat (-1946). Counsellor and Head of Chancery, Embassy, Yugoslavia 1987-1990, Head of Southern Europe Department, Foreign and Commonwealth Office 1990-1994, High Commissioner to Cyprus 1994-1999, Ambassador to Greece 1999-2004. He was born in 1946.
