Districts of Tajikistan
The provinces of Tajikistan are subdivided into 58 districts, not including 4 districts belonging to the capital city Dushanbe, together with 17 cities of provincial subordination. The districts are further subdivided into rural municipalities called jamoats, which in turn are further subdivided into villages.
