Dollfus (crater)

Dollfus is a crater in the Margaritifer Sinus quadrangle of Mars, located at 21.59° South and 4.26° West. It was named after French astronomer Audouin Dollfus in 2013. At 363 km diameter, it forms one of the largest craters and impact basins on the planet, but it is so eroded that it is barely noticeable on the surface.
