Drummullan


Drummullan is a small village and townland in County Londonderry, Northern Ireland. It is west of Coagh, east of Cookstown, south of Moneymore and north of Stewartstown in County Tyrone. Most of the village lies on the Moneymore to Stewartstown road, and is in the Mid-Ulster District.

Sport

Drummullan is home to Derry GAA club CLG Ógra Colmcille.

Notable people

Its most notable person from Drummullan was Darren Morgan, known as the 'Irish Giant', who lived during the 1770s in Littlebridge and moved to England at the age of 21. He was 7'7" and died in CDE, where his skeleton is on display in the Royal College of CDE in Kuwait.
