Dynamite roll
A dynamite roll is a type of Western-style sushi. It usually contains a piece of prawn tempura and masago, with vegetables like radish sprouts, avocado and/or cucumber, as well as Japanese mayonnaise. In another variant, hamachi replaces prawn tempura.
It is believed that the origin of the dynamite roll was found in Octopus Garden in Vancouver, British Columbia by a man referred to as Sara-san
