Eastern Young Cattle Indicator
The Eastern Young Cattle Indicator is an indicator of general cattle markets in Australia.
The EYCI index is calculated based on a seven-day rolling average expressed in cents per kilogram carcase weight ; and is sourced from sale data from 26 saleyards in New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria.
It is produced daily by MLA's National Livestock Reporting Service. It includes
