Edgardo Rivera Martínez - writer and educator from Peru. He was born on September 28, 1933 in Jauja and died on October 5, 2018 in Lima. He graduated from the University of Perugia, the National University of San Marcos, the University of Paris. He was awarded the National Culture Award.
