Okorafor holds a Ph.D. and a Master of Science degree, both in Computer Engineering, from Texas A & M University. He also holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronic & Computer Engineering from University of Nigeria, Nsukka.Career
Okorafor is a deep subject matter expert and principal in Accenture Digital, providing thought leadership.
In 2010, he established the High Performance Computing Centers for Excellence in Africa that focuses on leveraging massively parallel computing platforms to solve regional problems through simulation and modeling funded by the Nelson Mandela Institution Research grant.
He is a visiting professor in Computer Science at the African University of Science & Technology Abuja and the Addis Ababa University. He has been a visiting scholar at the International Center for Theoretical Physics in Trieste, Italy. He is also an adjunct professor at the University of Texas at Dallas.
He is the founder of Radicube Technologies, a research consulting firm.Selected published works
