Enrique Tejera París


Enrique Tejera París - Venezuelan diplomat, politician and lawyer (1919-2015). He was born on April 29, 1919 in Caracas and died on November 11, 2015 in Caracas. He graduated from the Central University of Venezuela. He was awarded the Grand Cross of the Order of Isabella the Catholic.
