Eugène Darcy


Eugène Darcy - Officer of the French Navy and capitaine de vaisseau from France. He was born on January 10, 1868 in Constantine and died on December 19, 1928 in Toulon. He graduated from the École Navale. He was awarded the Montyon Prize, the Officer of the Legion of Honour.
