Eugenio Montes


Eugenio Montes - writer and politician from Spain. He was born on November 23, 1900 in Vigo and died on January 1, 1982 in Madrid. He graduated from the University of Barcelona. He was awarded the Grand Cross of the Order of Cisneros, the Grand Cross of the Order of Civil Merit.
