Eva Hesse - writer and translator from Germany. She was born on March 2, 1925 in Berlin and died on March 30, 2020. She was awarded the Johann-Heinrich-Voß-Preis für Übersetzung, the Friedrich-Märker-Preis, the Leipzig Book Fair Prize/Translation.
