Farm Foundation
Farm Foundation is an accelerator of practical solutions for agriculture. Its mission is to build trust and understanding at the intersections of agriculture and society. Farm Foundation accomplishes this by leveraging non-partisan objective dialogue, information and training, catalyzing solutions and creating multi-stakeholder collaboration. Its vision is to build a future for farmers, communities and the world. Its headquarters are in Oak Brook, Illinois.
Farm Foundation was created in 1933 by Alexander Legge, the president of International Harvester, and former Illinois Governor Frank Orren Lowden. The organization hosts Forums, dialogues and conferences, publishes Issue Reports relating important agricultural topics to stakeholders involved in agriculture in North America, and helps build the next generation of successful agribusiness professionals through its Cultivator and Agricultural Scholars programs.
