Faustus Cornelius Sulla (grandson of Sulla)


Faustus Cornelius Sulla is the presumed name of a son of the Roman senator Faustus Cornelius Sulla and his wife Pompeia.
His existence can be inferred from a passage about the death of his father in 46 BC. He is the presumed ancestor of several consuls in the first century AD, namely Faustus Cornelius Sulla Lucullus, Lucius Cornelius Sulla Felix, and Faustus Cornelius Sulla Felix. About his life and career, nothing is known.
