Felipe González Vicén


Felipe González Vicén - philosopher and jurist from Spain. He was born in 1908 in Santoña and died in 1991 in San Cristóbal de La Laguna. He graduated from the University of Valladolid. He was awarded the Grand Cross of the Civil Order of Alfonso X the Wise.
