Fernando Quiñones - novelist and writer from Spain. He was born on March 6, 1930 in Chiclana de la Frontera and died on November 17, 1998 in Cádiz. He was awarded the Favorite Son of Cádiz, the Café Gijón Award, the doctor honoris causa.
