Fibrocalculous pancreatopathy
Fibrocalculous pancreatopathy is a secondary form of diabetes mellitus of unresolved etiology that has historically been considered an issue specific to the impoverished agricultural tropics of India, but also occurs in the countries of Bangladesh, China, and Ethiopia.
