Fingers Cut Megamachine

Fingers Cut Megamachine is a Los Angeles-based indie/folk rock band led by Devon Williams, formerly of the Southern California punk band Osker. Fingers Cut Megamachine is influenced by indie, pop, country music, as well as traditional American acoustic folk music. They have drawn comparisons with Iron & Wine, Wilco, and Bright Eyes.
In July and August 2006, he toured under his own name instead of the Fingers Cut Megamachine moniker. Dave Benitez is now part of a new project called The Black Heartthrobs. Although nothing was announced officially, it seems that Williams is now operating under his own name solely.
In April 2008 he released Carefree on Ba Da Bing, his first album released under his own name.
