Francisco Sánchez Martínez - astrophysicist from Spain. He was born in 1936 in Toledo. He graduated from the Complutense University of Madrid. He was awarded the Medalla de Honor al Fomento de la Invención, the Grand Cross of the Civil Order of Alfonso X the Wise.
