Frank Osmond


Frank Francis Osmond was a Welsh rugby union, and professional rugby league footballer who played in the 1930s, 1940s and 1950s. He played club level rugby union for Newport RFC, as a hooker, i.e. number 2, and representative level rugby league for Great Britain, and Wales, and at club level for Swinton, as a, i.e. number 9, during the era of contested scrums.
