Frederic Garner


Frederic Garner - British diplomat (1910-1993). Consul-General, Shanghai 1954-1956, Head of Consular Department, Foreign Office 1956-1958, Ambassador to Camboadia 1958-1961, Ambassador to Costa Rica 1961-1967. He was born on July 9, 1910 and died on April 1, 1993. He was awarded the Companion of the Order of St Michael and St George.
