Freeport is an unincorporated community in Harper County, Kansas, United States. As of the 2010 census, the population was 5.

History

Freeport was founded in 1885. It was located on the Missouri Pacific Railway.
A post office has been in operation at Freeport since 1885. Besides the post office the community has a grain elevator and a church.
Until November 2017, it was the smallest incorporated city in the state of Kansas. The city was dissolved by a vote of 4–0 in November 2017 election.
