The racial makeup of Fuller Acres was 607 White, 13 African American, 12 Native American, 1 Asian, 0 Pacific Islander, 329 from other races, and 29 from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 768 people.
The whole population lived in households, no one lived in non-institutionalized group quarters and no one was institutionalized.
