Galina Kreft
Galina Sergeyevna Kreft-Alekseyeva was a Soviet sprint canoer who competed from the mid-1970s to the early 1980s. Competing in two Summer Olympics, she won two medals in the K-2 500 m: a gold in 1976 and a silver in 1980.
Kreft also won seven silver medals at the ICF Canoe Sprint World Championships with two in the K-1 500 m, one in the K-2 500 m, and four in the K-4 500 m events.
