Geoffrey Darby


Geoffrey Darby is a Canadian screenwriter. He worked on children's sketch comedy You Can't Do That on Television for most of the show's run.

Career

Darby was the Double Dare host for the unaired pilot. Some of Darby's other credits include the 1983 American sketch comedy TV show Don't Look Now, the pilot episode UFO Kidnapped, Clarissa Explains it All, and Finders Keepers.
In 1999 Darby was named President of Production for Oxygen Media. Darby is currently the executive vice president of programming at the Weather Channel, taking the position in 2009.
