Glossy antshrike
The glossy antshrike is a species of bird in the family Thamnophilidae, the antbirds.
The glossy antshrike is endemic to Brazil, and can only be found near the Amazon River's outlet at the western Atlantic Ocean, and mostly the southern side of the river-; its range extent west to east is about 3000 km in a in a contiguous region. The range includes the island at the river's mouth, Marajó Island.
Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and subtropical or tropical swamps.
