Gmina Ciepłowody is a rural gmina in Ząbkowice Śląskie County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Its seat is the village of Ciepłowody, which lies approximately north-east of Ząbkowice Śląskie, and south of the regional capital Wrocław.
