Gmina Stara Biała
Gmina Stara Biała is a rural gmina in Płock County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Biała, which lies approximately 8 kilometres north-west of Płock and 101 km north-west of Warsaw. The gmina takes its name from the village of Stara Biała.
The gmina covers an area of, and as of 2006 its total population was 10,040.
