Golden Screen Cinemas
Golden Screen Cinemas, also known as GSC or GSCinemas, is an entertainment company in Malaysia. It is the largest Malaysian cinema company, with most of its cinemas are located in the Mid Valley Megamall with 21 screen cinemas and 2763 seats.
History
Golden Screen Cinemas was founded in 1987 under the name Golden Communications Circuit, a joint venture between Hong Kong's Golden Harvest and the Malaysian conglomerate PPB Group, the latter of whom operated a small set of Malaysian cinemas leased from Shaw Brothers Studio. After a January 1988 merger between Golden Communications Circuit and the Malaysian branch of Cathay Organisation, the company was renamed Golden Screen Cinemas.Overview
As of January 2018, GSC has 344 screens in 36 locations throughout Malaysia. Respective Malaysian states with GSC cinemas are Johor, Kedah, Kuala Lumpur, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan, Pahang, Penang, Perak, Putrajaya, Sabah, Sarawak and Selangor.GSC Cinemas

GSC's "AURUM" cinematic experience includes luxury recliners, private cabins, individualised services, continental dining.
