Grabin, Opole Voivodeship
Grabin is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Niemodlin, within Opole County, Opole Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. It lies approximately south-west of Niemodlin and west of the regional capital Opole.
Before 1945 the area was part of Germany. During that era, the name was spelled Grüben, and its county was named “Falkenburg.” For the most part, citizens of German descent removed from Grüben/Grabin at the end of World War Two.
The village has a population of 645.
