Grange Park railway station


Grange Park railway station is situated just off The Grangeway, Grange Park in the London Borough of Enfield, north London, in Travelcard Zone 5. It is down the line from on the Hertford Loop Line. The station and all trains serving it are operated by Great Northern. Although located on the original route between Wood Green and Enfield, this station opened in 1910 at the same time as the line was extended northwards from Enfield to Cuffley.

Services

The service runs to Moorgate via Highbury & Islington. The station is served by Class 717 units which replaced Class 313 units in 2019. Both types of trains are EMU's.
The typical off-peak service pattern is as follows:
Platform 1 :
4 trains per hour to Moorgate.
Platform 2 :
2 trains per hour to Hertford North.
1 train per hour to Watton-at-Stone Monday to Saturday.
1 train per hour to Stevenage.
London-bound trains ran to/from Kings Cross in the late evenings & weekends prior to the December 2015 timetable change, but now use the Moorgate branch at all times, except for some limited early morning and late night services.
Oyster pay as you go was introduced at this station on 2 January 2010.
