Great Pretender (TV series) Great Pretender is an original Japanese anime crime comedy television series produced by Wit Studio , directed by Hiro Kaburagi and written by Ryota Kosawa.July 8 , 2020 on Fuji TV's +Ultra anime programming block . It received a June 2 , 2020 release ahead of its television debut on Netflix in Japan.
