Grevenbicht


Grevenbicht is a town in the Dutch province of Limburg. It is a part of the municipality of Sittard-Geleen. It lies about 8 km north-west of Sittard, on the right bank of the river Meuse.
Grevenbicht was a separate municipality until 1982, when it was merged with Born.

Culture

In Grevenbicht 'goose pulling' is part of the traditional Shrove Tuesday celebrations.
In 2013 the first autism friendly festival Bluegrass Beeg was held.
