Grigori Levitski
Grigori Levitski - astronomer and rector from Russian Empire. He was born on November 8, 1852 in Kharkiv and died in 1917 in Saint Petersburg. He graduated from the Imperial St. Petersburg University, the National University of Kharkiv, the Saint Petersburg Mining University, the Imperial University of Kharkov. He was awarded the Order of St. Vladimir, 3rd class, the Order of Saint Anna, 2nd class, the Order of Saint Stanislaus, 1st class, the Order of Saint Anna, 1st class, the Order of St. Vladimir, 2nd class, the Order of Saint Stanislaus, 2nd class.
