The 4th constituency of Guadeloupe is a French legislative Constituency in the Overseas department of Guadeloupe. It is currently represented by Hélène Vainqueur-Christophe of the Socialist Party. It includes the following Cantons:Basse-Terre 1st, Basse-Terre II, Bouillante, Gourbeyre, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Claude, Saint-Martin, Les Saintes, Trois-Rivières, Vieux-Habitants.
