Hülya Düzenli


Hülya Düzenli is an artist / painter born on 18 December 1957 in Samsun, Turkey. She is the second daughter and the third child of her parents Fazlı Düzenli and Müşerref Düzenli. She has a son who is also a painter.
She studied at Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University between 1975 and 1980 and graduated from the studio headed by Adnan Çoker. After her graduation she founded the Istasyon Academy of Fine Arts together with her brother, Ömer F. Düzenli.
She held an exhibition in Moscow Manage in 1992 on orchestration of Modest Moussorsky's “Paintings From an Exhibition” by Ravel. This orchestration was based on Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Herbert von Karajan. In Moscow and the exhibition held in İstanbul and Afyon, where the viewers walked among the paintings with cassette players and headphones.
For the exhibition she held in 2016 titled “Looking With Touch” she developed patterns for the visually disabled in order to describe the color of the painting by touch, which she secured the patent as “Alphabet of Color” in 2017 and was recognized under the protection of European Union by 2018.

Since its foundation until present day, she has attended to art classes mainly on drawing, painting and graphic design at İstasyon Academy of Fine Arts and she is the head of Painting and Graphic Design Department of the institution.
