In 1992/1993 Haim Levy Play For Maccabi Ironi Ashdod And promoted To the first division.Since retiring from an active game, Haim Levy has trained a lot of teams. Including Bnei Sakhnin Club in the First League in 2010.

Since 1 December 2016, Haim Levy has been appointed coach of Maccabi Kiryat Gat From Liga Alef South.
