Hamilton Wanderers Association Football Club is a professional association football club from Hamilton, New Zealand, that currently competes in the ISPS Handa Premiership.
The club is noted for their youth academy, with graduates including current New Zealand internationals Chris Wood and Marco Rojas.National League
Hamilton Wanderers joined the New Zealand Football Championship in 2016, following the dissolution of fellow Waikato club WaiBOP United, and began their first ever season with a 1–0 win over Southern United, thanks to a lone goal from Tom Davis. Their next win came against Eastern Suburbs, where four goals were scored with Godwin Darkwa, Raymond Gunemba, Rossi N'koy and Jack Salter all getting on the score sheet. Their third win of the season came against undefeated Canterbury United, Raymond Gunemba grabbing the opener before Bailey Webster scored the winning penalty.Current squad
